The event was timed by On Your Left Fitness and Timing. All finisher times are recorded based on so-called “start timing” or “gun timing,” meaning that the participant’s time is recorded from the start of the race to when the participant crosses the finish line mats.

- AAA Arizona for handing out oranges and bananas and all the loud cheering and enthusiasm at the finish line — special thanks to a few of the AAA folks for helping cheer runners around the finish line turn.
- The youth fitness program GroGirlGro for handing out medals at the finish line! (Special appreciation to their founder, Jody Bartz, for letting me borrow her cool purple helmet — I had left my bike helmet in the garage and she made sure I was safe out on the course…)

John Ward was our go-to course manager — John has been doing behind-the-scenes ops work at all of our Run Tucson races since Saguaro — it’s great to have him on board!
Tia Accetta was at a high school cross country meet in Phoenix on race day and couldn’t make it, but she was instrumental in putting all this together — special thanks to her for all the pre- and post-race support!
