We are beginning our 23rd year of WOG this Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Join us!
Our goals for the new season are:
1) Build stamina and strength into the weekly running routine.
2) Practice faster running and push out of current comfort zones.
3) Enjoy miles with others.
Feel free to visit and join a workout or two with no pressure to commit to a whole semester program. If you like the workouts and the schedule fits, you can register at any time.
