The Workout Group

Run Tucson’s WOG has started Year 26 of Tuesday speed workouts & Thursday stamina sessions. Now offering morning workouts at 5:30 AM, as well as the evening workouts at 6:00 PM.

After 25 years at Reid Park, our T/TH evening sessions now meet at 6:00 pm at the Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club (take Country Club all the way to the north end).

This is an open group, so drop-ins are welcome. Moderate fees with sliding scale. All coaches are RRCA-certified.

Achilles International

ComeRun (Together) has been meeting since 2005 every Saturday morning at various locations around town. Runs range from 6-20 miles depending on what distances people are training for.

El Tour de Tucson/Perimeter Bicycling

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit that produces bicycling events for community, charity and wellness. El Tour de Tucson is Perimeter Bicycling’s flagship event and one of the largest bicycling events in America. Held annually the Saturday before Thanksgiving, El Tour attracts over 6,000 cyclists of all ages and abilities from around the United States and beyond. Since 2005, El Tour’s finish line/annual Downtown Fiesta, brings together cyclists and members of the greater Tucson community for a celebration of charities, community, health and fitness.

Sonoran Desert Mountain Bicyclists

Sonoran Desert Mountain Bicyclists is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to the promotion of the sport of mountain bicycling. We work to build, maintain, and protect multi-use single-track and mountain bike trail access in the greater Tucson, AZ region. (They also manage the beer garden at the TMC Meet Me Downtown 5k and the 24-Hour Ride!!)

Tucson Trail Runners

Tucson Trail Runners (TTR) is a trail/ultra running group that focuses on (mostly) long-distance trail runs on public lands in all five mountain ranges surrounding Tucson, Arizona. The average run distance is 15 to 20+ miles, although shorter route options are often available. TTR meets almost weekly on Sundays from September through the end of May.

Women of Sonoran

We are a trail running group of over 450 members. We run trails at night (on weekdays) and run longer more adventurous runs on the weekends. We started hosting a free trail race once a month and we also host a yearly women’s trail running and camping retreat. We have some fall weekend events coming up that will include running and yoga.

Tia works with 20 athletes from around the country and can help you find the right fit.

As a mom with a couple of 2:48 marathons under her belt, her specialties include: mother runners and busy women; anyone who wants to qualify for Boston; and speedsters who want to go 3-hours and faster.
