Using Dynamic Stretching as a Warm-up.

Shaelyn and the crew from Yoga Pod are back to guide us through a dynamic stretch routine.  This is a useful series of movements to work through before your run as a warm-up. Shae reminds us to use our core and other muscles to safely control each movement, with a focus on activating rather than stretching.  We’re not in grade school PE and there’s no award for reaching past your toes!  Find the Dynamic Stretch video here.
